Free Shipping applies to most website orders over $40. Some restrictions apply.
Products are shipped by UPS or FedEx. Delivery time is typically 2-4 business days from the time of order. When orders are for multiple items, you may receive multiple packages. If you are interested in an expedited order, call 1-866-427-4337 9am-5pm EST for pricing. Outside of our team's office hours, you can fill out a quick contact form on our website, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Orders are delivered to physical addresses only. You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Check information carefull to avoid unforeseen delays. If you need to ship to a post office box, please call for prices. You may arrange to ship your order to another address, such as a care home, parent's home, etc. if you are purchasing for someone else.
All information provided by customers is used solely for processing, confirmation, and shipping of orders. PersonallyDelivered.com does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease collected information, including email addresses. Any and all information collected is kept strictly confidential.
PersonallyDelivered.com accepts payment by Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Charges are placed on credit or debt cards when orders are placed.
Return for Exchange
On receipt of your order, please check your purchases carefully. Verify that the size, color, and style are what you ordered. If we have made an error, we will correct our error as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please note the following guidelines:
1) All exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of product.
2) Products being exchanged must be in new condition and in original packaging. For health and sanitary safety, no open packages may be returned.
3) If PersonallyDelivered.com is in error on the original order that needs the exchange, we will pay shipping charges both ways (returning the incorrect product and then shipping the correct product).
4) A restocking fee may apply and customer will pay for return shipping if it was their error or if they changed their mind.
You must contact us prior to sending back a return for refund or return for exchange. We will issue you a return authorization (RA) number that must appear on the outside of the return box. We cannot accept shipments that do not have RA numbers listed on the box.
To start a return, please contact us with the following information:
- Your name, address, and daytime telephone number
- The item number, product name, and size
- Indicate if you prefer a refund, credit, or exchange
- If exchange, please specify the product number you want in exchange or ask a product advisor to help you choose.
